Please contact the Cortland County Chapter of the Red Cross at 607-753-1182 if you need to reach the Red Cross. The Red Cross Friendship Center and Homeless Shelter has not been affected and can be reached by calling 607-273-6684 during working hours or the 24 hour Homeless Hotline at 607-273-9177. ... expect phones to be back up and working late tomorrow.
